Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup arrowroot flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon sea salt. 3 large eggs. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, arrowroot flour, baking soda, and sea salt. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into rolls. Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until they are golden brown and firm to the touch.
