Ingredients: 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets. 4 slices of bacon, chopped. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh parsley, for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets, chopped bacon, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until the cauliflower and bacon are evenly coated with the seasonings. Spread the cauliflower and bacon mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is tender and the bacon is crispy, stirring once halfway through the cooking time.
