I️ fully admit I’m a #blw crazy lady with how many veggies I try to jam into my girl’s food. This morning, I had great success with shredded beet and spinach in her banana pancakes! I’ve learned that kale and collards, despite having more calcium and overall nutrients, are gross in baked goods. Spinach all the way. Beets and carrot, FTW, but you can’t go overboard. Zucchini, also delish, but you’ve got to wring it out. #paleobaby
