Last weekend I had the immense pleasure of sitting on a panel at an event called Heartbreak Hotel. The event dealt with the idea of learning to love again after a break up or a broken heart. It's a topic I've never really talked about publicly since the breakup of my relationship last May. However it's a new dawn, it's a new day and my ex and I are in a REALLY good place.
