Chilean police (aka, Pacos, Carabineros, etc) are killing people and yesterday they killed a werken (leader of the Mapuches, a very important tribe in LatinAmerica). Chilean police sucks, they're killing lots of people, constantly, and i'm not seeing enough people talk about this.
