#pack update

He keeps saying that he didn't. But I watched him do it... I think it was a beetle.

He insists that he did no such thing, but I literally saw him eat it. I told him not to. He looked right at me, like he heard what I said. And then proceeded to lick the beetle. He licked it! I tried to take it away from him, I didn’t want him eating it. I had no idea what it was, or if it was safe to eat. But no.

Crunch, no more beetle.

He says this is slander. I say this is the truth.

I suppose I’ll start from the beginning, I was going on a bit of a midnight stroll when I came across this older male wolf, he seemed to be quite interested in joining our humble pack of two. I had to haggle a bit with Ferox to let the poor wolf in though, he doesn’t seem to trust many wolves at all, but now we have our dedicated hunter Credo! (He looks a tad like Ferox don’t you think? I think they might be related)

Not too long after, Credo and Ferox brought another wolf back to the den after going to mark our territory. A female this time! She explained to me that she had experience with pups and pregnancies. Considering I was pregnant at the time, Ferox (begrudgingly) admitted that it might be a good idea to accept her into the pack. She introduced herself to me as Fiducia and we’ve been as thick as thieves ever since.

Of course, now that I’ve mentioned pups, it’s time to talk about our new youngest members, Strenuis and Sui. They’re a bit too young to say much about them, but I love them very much. -Serenus
