Lent in Review: Noodles & Cheese
Here comes gluten free with it’s plastic packaging, again. Another blow: dairy free cheese. Bulk bins don’t often carry a gluten free pasta option. Not yet, anyway. Dairy free cheeses often come in plastic, so I’m learning to make my own. As you can see, I did cut down on my usage over the past 40 days. It still stinks, though.
