This fragment has a high number of âFollowersâ. Unlike the usual grey faceless beings that exist and interact with entities of the Void, many of these have an actual form and are accountable due to this. Most seem to be reasonably decent.
99DPA dislikes it when beings lack clothing covering their lower body. This appears to be ironic since he does not cover the tail that makes up his lower body.

I have observed 99DPAâs interactions from a distance. He has made communication with fragment 669GH, known as âGeistâ. 669GH does not appear to appreciate 99DPAâs attempts of friendship.
