Okay chat I finally locked in on something so heres Mac in the Welcome to Wonderland au :V

I actually really enjoy how his outfit came out!!

Okay uhhhh. Lore/context.

Mac was a high advisor of Dyle (who,if you aren't aware,is the queen of hearts in this AU). He was Dyle's longest lasting advisor due to his unwavering loyalty to the crown, so loyal that he'd get in the way of a attack caused by a toon infected with the blot, causing his loss of an eye amongst..other things.

After this this, Dyle decides to appoint Mac as duke of his own little small section of land--something completely unheard of from the usually tyrannic ruler. So Mac just spends most of his time there, but his mind has been fraying as of recent..

(Before you ask P.B is Mac's adopted son. He is not abusive towards him like the o.g duchess is, but he has his moments during his manic episodes due to brain injury that he hallucinates doing so. It scared him every time it happens.)

(Also he took PB in during his short time of sanity because it's dangerous to be out and about in wonderland with no one to protect you and it started to get lonely without Dyle always around.)

-The Duke's chef (the og duchess had a chef that threw around a bunch of plates and sprayed pepper EVERYWHERE) is Shrimpo. Somebody fire this guy istg

-Mac will sometimes allow Cuphead into his home during colder or harsher nights,only to switch up the next day and kick him out again.

-He tries to find a moral in EVERYTHING, which is usually why half of the stuff he says makes no sense
