Well this post might be negative, but I want everyone to get the real man behind the screen! I strive on being honest so here goes...I had my first callback because of something did wrong :( First off lets recap to the original call! It was to assemble a #rona floor model gazebo. When the rona delivery men brought it they dropped it and damaged it quite badly. Thats when I was called. I built it, repaired it and screwed it down. On the instructions there was no picture of the finished product. I put the last two roof panels in on the ends and noticed they refused to go up past a certain point. However the center ones went past that point. I truly thought this was how it was designed as both ends did it. The customer paid for the job and was happy but we did discuss how I stand behind my work if there was an issue down the road I will come back.... About a month or so has gone by...Friday I got the facebook message. "I think you installed it wrong may you take a look?"....my heart sank anxiety goes wild, worst feeling ever! However, I told her I would figure out coming to her this weekend! I didnt screen the message or blocked her I apoligized and accomidated her! I went out today and unscrewed it, moved it back, unbolted the panels and made sure nothing was backwards....a few minutes passed and I realized the top roof panels were bent down preventing them to go together. It was not the design but a human fault. We all make them! I hope this post doesn't scare you away as it is not to often I make a mistake but if I do I will own up to it! Offer a solution and fix it. I did not charge this customer, I did not get upset. I made her GLAD she called this dad! Would you like to book me? I start off with honesty to earn your trust! I am just to excited to wait to make this post to wait until the morning! I am always thankful for the amount of likes, shares or word of mouth recommendations!
