The bigger the group, the worse it is Larry. Give me individuals one at a time, and I'm an optimist. Put em in groups of four hundred, four thousand, or ten million - and I get scared."

If you never learn how to read music then no one can ever tell you who or what to play, and how to play it.

I've been reluctant to share any of the music I've worked most seriously on before it's in its final form and in its entirety, but this is an outro section from one of the ones I'm most proud of. The last 20 seconds or so it's just sort an unplanned improvisational continuation I've never considered - just didn't stop when I usually would but I didn't. It's just active thinking of what I could do if I wanted to extend it further.
