Karol was an interesting person. So genuinely bent on doing the right thing, helping people, and making his mark on the world. It was admirable, even adorable, the way he acted, even if he was a little bit of a scared-y cat.

You legitimately don't on a bad day unless you want a knife in your face and a glare from the other side of his desk. However, in this occasion, he supposed there would have to be some exception.
