Ontario police intelligence reports suggest unnamed foreign 'adversaries,' including in the U.S., may have attempted to use 'freedom movement' protests for their own ends.
Unnamed foreign āadversariesā may have leveraged the Canadian āfreedom movementā protests to advance their own interests, a newly-disclosed intelligence report suggest.
According to previously secret assessments by the Ontario Provincial Policeās (OPP) intelligence branch, the āavailable informationā on Feb. 19 suggested that foreign actors may have pushed support for the movement, which fueled the convoy blockades in Ottawa and across the country, āto protect or enhance their own strategic economic and political interests.ā
The report provides no proof of foreign involvement, and does not indicate where the OPPās intelligence came from.
But while Februaryās convoy protests and blockade enjoyed home-grown support in Canada, the OPP assessment suggested the movement received both encouragement and support from abroad ā including from the United States, the only country named in the assessment.
My mother would abuse me to allay her own ptsd and gain this sense of "power" she lacked during her childhood, and she would justify this to me by saying "life is a game and you need to learn how to win to survive."
I told her I didn't want to play, and she called me weak. I want to live my own life, I don't want to fuck people over.
