The Everen HP AU

Meet Evie "Zim"/"Zimmy" Zimstone! Part of Storm’s secondary friend group, she is a sweet Hufflepuff who you unfortunately won’t get to know that much until Book 4, especially seeing as Zim is a year or two above Storm (haven’t decided which one yet).

Meet Christine “Cucumber” Weasley! Twin sister of one miss Ginny Weasley! No one quite knows how she came out with brown hair and brown eyes, but she did. Whatevs.

She is part of Storm’s secondary friend group and an absolute sweetheart of a bookworm. You’ll get to learn more about her in the story itself for Book 2.

Close friends with Ashlley and Violet, and part of Storm's secondary friend group, he'll be present at a lot of the shenanigans these guys will get up to.

Zander

and Zara!

Zander and Zara are protective of each other. Zara may be older, but Zander’s more responsible. Give him a task, and he’ll get it done.

Zara, on the other hand, finds ways to weasel herself out of trouble, except when it comes to her and Zander’s dad (They don’t talk about him. No, you don’t get to know why until their backstory chapter in POA).

Now that’s the last of our actual OCs done… Unless I missed one. If not, then next one we do should be the Everen peeps.

Meet Cooper Lavira! The kid who will, eventually, become Ashlley's boyfriend. He's an absolute sweetheart and loyal to a fault.

Those of you who have known me a while will know the history behind his surname. Those who haven't will just have to guess 😉.

and his twin sister, Briar!

The Hart twins are absolutely sweethearts! Briar looks like their mom while Ben looks like their dad (They don’t talk about their dad, and I will not elaborate why here).

She is an absolute sweetheart and a bookworm! Her family being split into different houses hurt her at first, but eventually, she realized that they were still going to the same place at the end of the day, and that made her hurt a little less.

She’s a mix of Vi and Harry, leaning more towards the Quidditch aspect. Like Harry, she became the youngest Seeker, but for Ravenclaw instead! How cool is that!? Not only, that, but they’re equals on the Quidditch pitch (I headcanon that sometimes she lets him win matches against Ravenclaw out of love for her brother).

Of course, she had to learn one-handed sign language to be able to communicate with Violet, but that doesn’t make Breanna love her any less. She’s fiercely loyal, and sometimes wonders if she should’ve been a Gryffindor or a Hufflepuff, instead. But she was smart enough for Ravenclaw, and it shows in not only her grades, but also her knack for storytelling. Heck, in Muggle school, she got very high grades in maths, English, and every other class she had.

But, of course, surviving the Dark Lord’s curse left a mark on her psyche, and sometimes, while she’s asleep, she swears she can hear something in the dark; screaming, crying, a snake hissing… Something that leads her back to Voldemort. Oh, and of course, Parseltongue. Harry wasn’t the only one cursed with that. And I’ll leave it up to Ash to decide if Violet can understand snakes but just can’t speak back to them or not.

My girl is the complete opposite of Harry, in that she looks exactly the same as Lily, but with James' eyes (Hazel eyes are surprisingly hard to do lol).

Thanks to Voldemort's attack, in the same way that Harry got his scar and learned to speak Parsletongue, Violet got a half-lame right leg (there's no physical evidence of it, so everyone thinks she's just faking for attention) and is nonverbal. Harry, Violet, and the third triplet (who will be revealed soon!) have come up with their own single-handed sign language so she can communicate with them, even with her cane. She also, for reasons unrelated to the attack, has eidetic memory and remembers every moment starting from their first birthday. Thanks to this, she remembers their parents and all their friends, as well as Voldemort's attack.

(Any nonverbal people, cane users and people with eidetic memory are more than welcome to pitch in with their two cents if there's anything we get wrong or leave out!)

Meet Alania Weasley! Twin sister of one Mr. Ronald Weasley, and the only (known) Weasley to be housed in Slytherin (More on that later). Her hobbies may align more with stereotypical Ravenclaw and Gryffindor hobbies, but it’s how she goes about them that makes her a Slytherin.

She’s a sweet-hearted bookworm, but she’s traditionally more of a tomboy than her twin sister, Hermione.

Fun fact: She was actually a one-off for another fandom! Only Ash (and others who I’ve told) knows which one I mean. :)

Oh! And also this is the only AU she has glasses in! Have fun guessing the other fandom she’s in! No, if you know which one I mean, you’re not allowed to answer it.

And here's a severely not untraumatised Nova Tyse/Lupin/Black (she changes her surname based on how she feels about her adoptive dads at any given moment).

I've been holding on to this one for a while - it'll be fun to go into her lore, though she doesn't show up until book 3, so... we shall see. Be gentle with her though; not many people are.

Second design - an untraumatised Ashlley/Ashleigh Ella Allen! But fear not, dear readers: the trauma will come.

She's the first of many OCs that my brain came up with, tracing her origins all the way back to 2014/15!
