Governor Bryant cuts ribbon on water outfalls

Waves are hitting Harrison County now thanks to the first beach storm water outfalls on the Mississippi Gulf.

Local officials and Governor Phil Bryant met on the beaches of Harrison County to cut the ribbon on this highly anticipated project.
