"Wait I thought that it was you who decided if a piece of land was decided to become a land of heritage, not the city...?" Esme questioned. 'Did he do this.. For me...?' she wondered.
Keith thought for a moment. She could be really sharp, sometimes. “Sometimes,” he said, adjusting his tie. “In this case, it was decided that this particular park was an important part of the city and that it required restoration and commemoration. It’s the only one large enough to hold our festivals so it’s an important piece of Liberty’s history.” They were strolling along, hand in hand. He had brought her to a fountain in the middle of the park and smiled, sitting on the edge. It was his favourite part of the restoration and he wondered what she would think of it.
