Here’s the design of Raz for the NSR/Psychonauts AU! And if you’re wondering… his pupils are heart shaped. I also added an anchor as one of his weapons which he uses as a boomerang. And since that he’s a sailor… his final form would be… a monstrous lungfish-human hybrid.
