@otdxtaehwa:
He noticed the young man who was viewing the antique items from afar. The male seemed to be interested but also not going to enter any time soon. Not that he’s complaining, for he knew that sometimes people would rather look than buy. It didn’t take too long for the other to notice his gaze and start a conversation. He tilt his head to the side slightly with a single eyebrow raised “No—but then again I was never the sort to care much about phrases.”
It took another moment for him to realize what the stranger was insinuating before he blinked slowly and nodded in understanding “Ah, well, I’m glad you cared enough to not enter then.”
But he also realized that it was going to rain soon. Like, very soon. And unfortunately, he gave away his friend to another friendly customer before the man in front had came into the scene. Then again, some people liked their rain. “Ah, do you like heavy rains, though? Because the weather’s heading to that direction in six minutes and I already handed my umbrella to another. If you don’t want to drench yourself you can enter. I can let you stay in the staff’s room so you don’t have to worry much about wrecking the place.”
Wow, that was a lot of words in one go. But as long as he got his message through one way or another it was fine.
“I seem to have an affinity for tripping over nothing.” He admits with a crooked smile. “Your shop looks delicate, pretty, and most importantly expensive.” He snorts softly. “Tripping over nothing in your store, seems like a big payday for you and a sad day for my wallet.” He chuckles softly at his own words.
“Heavy rain?” He asks blinking softly unsure where the other pulled that from. Oh. Glancing up at the sky he scowls a little bit. He was not prepared for any rain at all. Sighing heavily he shakes his head. “I probably should have looked the forecast before I left huh?” He asks the other before giving them a thankful look. The shop owner seemed rather nice, giving his umbrella to a stranger, offering his shop as a sanctuary from the rain, risking his items on the way to the staff room. “Are you sure you don’t mind?” He didn’t want to intrude or cause too much trouble.
“You don’t happen to have the ability to repel water do you?” He asks curiously. He could borrow that ability long enough to get home, but if the other didn’t happen to be a descendant of some water god, he was duck out of luck
