Inspired by the Odd Squad poll Ive attempted to watch another season 4 ep, Miss Information. (Watching on the PBS app with sign language interpretation)
I like when they do misinformation episodes, if on my because it seems like very important literacy for kids to learn.

Also the OSUK fashion is making me realize a lot of Odd Squad Canada/US civilians are just wearing like t-shirts and stuff. It reminds me of when I had a layover in Heathrow last year and basically everyone was wearing a three piece suit. (Londoners stay out of my DMs)
As an aside, I thought this is what British pancakes look like? I say this because… damn it was almost ten years ago, my friend Sina came to visit from London. We hung out in New York, he took his shirt off in a gay bar, we went to a basement piano bar, and then he really wanted to go to a diner in the Village because he wanted American-style pancakes.
Miss Information was a great villain.
I’m always kind of fascinated by the episodes where the Villains are like … a normalized presence in the Odd Squad reality. Like… Miss Information hosts “Villain News” and all the normie adults in town watch it and trust it? Actually…doesn’t seem that far off from reality.
Other examples of the “normalized villain” thing is that villain apartment complex in season 2 (I think it was in a couple of episodes.) And then the season 3 ep Mr Unpredictable, there is a whole Villain University.
