Added another row to Midnight Circus today!
I was smoothing out the layers of the quilt, but Meara thought she could do a better job and decided to take over!

Adding some hand stitched details into the background quilting on Midnight Circus and I'm so excited for my quilting to have finally reached the first outer corner of my quilt!
Hello Friends and Happy December!
After a busy month of wrangling numerous Flying Goose units for our Midnight Circus quilt along in November, we'll be slowing down in December with a few simple Quarter Square Triangle units!
In fact, if you're making the smallest size, you won't need to make any units this month, unless you want to of course! You can always make extra units with scrap fabric just for the fun of piecing!
Check out the full instructions for this month's units by visiting the Fibre Arts blog!
Hello Friends and Happy Tuesday!
After sharing the design and inspiration for this year's quilt along pattern last week, it's now time to get started on your own quilts by selecting a quilt size and deciding on colours!
The first choice is easy; a large quilt or a small one? But the question of colour has a lot more options!
On the blog, I've shared my own colour scheme, as well as several others inspired by a variety of natural landscapes! Hopefully one of these will appeal to you, or inspire your creativity and help you to draft a unique colour scheme of your own!
Check out the Fibre Arts blog to read more and for a PDF download of the fabric requirements!
Hello Friends and Happy March!
With a new month upon us, I'm excited to share the next step in the Midnight Circus quilt along!
This month, we'll be making more Flying Goose units, and combining them with those we made in November to create a set of Double Goose units!
I've also made a lot of progress on my sample quilt that I'm excited to show off!
Check out the full post, including pattern download, on the Fibre Arts blog!
