Ever since the show ended I have been really sad bc a) it ended and b) because we didn’t have a chance to see some things happening... You can call this a wish list of what should have been included imo and they are all in no particular order.

- Klaus’ werewolf side... we didn’t see it in tvd and neither we did in TO and I keep wondering WHYYYY???

- Freya’s struggle throughout the centuries where she is trying to find her family. We only saw a bit of her past in s2 and s3 and that was it. I needed to see her using blood magic to locate her siblings and always being really close to meeting them when her time awake is over </3 also if she ever used some sort of undercover disguise again :p

- All the times Rebekah stood up to toxic masculine behavior and not taking sh*t from men whether that was in public or in the shadows when she saved innocent girls from terrible fate.

- Elijah meeting and talking with intellectual and political figures ... Don’t tell me that he remained passive in the matters of ruling and shaping the events of the century.

- Klaus painting and giving advices to later great personalities like Van Gogh...

- Kol traveling to other countries and continents in order to discover new ways of practicing magic all the while him teaching his ways as well.

- Hayley’s childhood and triggering her curse plotline.

- Hope’s first day at school and her talk with Hayley of using the name ‘’Marshall’’ so no one knows that she is a Mikaelson ( and her reaction every time she heard bad things about Klaus or another memeber of her family ).

Every once in a while I remember that Gwindel punched the Original Queen in the face. With all his monstrous guignol-armed strength. Like he reflexively went all-out on that zombie mess when it jumped out at him and breathed in his face. 

I feel like Rekha in the 80s/90s ordered up all the headgear she could lay her hands on, luckily this has been documented for posterity.

About 50% of the headgear seems to be Russian Czarina meets Diwali kandeel. I feel the need for a Madam X homage line.

Also obviously Rekha was there before Lady Gaga.

Ok. I started thinking that it may have happened something that made the jerk’s powers bigger in some point because

1)they were able to escape from him in the first place

2)they also were safe for a long time inside Polaty

So, there must be a reason for him to become a menace again. Both to explain the tragic end of the Archaics and also because I seriously doubt that he would let them go in peace, either because of his obsession with the Original Queen and for his pride.

In base of that, and related to my last story; what if the something that makes him stronger enough to reach them on the island were crystals?

Think of it! The reason why the dark witch was so powerful was because he gave her a ruby, so why he wouldn’t use the crystal in his own favor??? Actually, i’m pretty sure he dedicated a lot of time figuring out how to take advantage of their properties in order to have a great revenge.

That being said, what if his whole castle is full of crystals? Even more, what if his whole castle IS MADE of crystals?. What if he has a scepter of crystals to defend himself?! What if that is the reason he become immortal?

But my ideas didn’t end there. Returning to the first part, what if, after starting using his improved power to chase them even in the farther corners of the world, he tried to get inside the Original Queen’s mind??? What if she couldn’t face him effortlessly? What if she was attacked without rest, while he waited for an instant of weakness to enter her head and possess her? What if the effort made her scream in pain and fatigue? If it made her crazy?

What if the Original King couldn’t bear it any longer?

And that is when i realized that the Original King, in order to protect his beloved one and their kingdom, would sacrifice himself without a second thought. For real, he would carry the burden for her. Because it is his queen that they need the most, not him. And because he cannot continue to endure seeing her suffer and fall deeper and deeper.

So he convinced her, arguing that it was for the safety of her kingdom. And they tricked his enemy with the summer’s skill.

From that moment the one tormished by the jerk was the King and not the Queen. And without a way to defend himself, his mind started to break little by little.

The deep security prison where Aty suffered? It was made for the King. To keep him away from the kingdom. To be sure that he wouldn’t hurt anyone in his craziness. Because, after all, he was a perfect killing machine out of control. Better to be safe than worry.

But the Queen couldn’t accept that, couldn't beart that her love suffered because of her fault. 

And she made a plan.

She would get rid of the only reason he was still pursuing them, sacrificing herself to protect everyone, as her love did. But of course, she wouldn’t let him win so easily.

It wasn’t an eternal goodbye, she would find the Original King again, even if thousand of years were necessary.

The Queen did a spell, with all her strength and what I suspect was a second blessing of the goddesses (because let’s face it: if they gave the King two gifts, it is more than likely that they gave the queen two as well, and that both powers were really important and powerful) and linked their souls forever. (Which also implies that Aty has a second power that no one knows about!)

And she had a daughter, no matter with whom, no matter how. A daughter who would be the heir to her legacy and her sins, a daughter who would begin the cycle towards reincarnation. One hundred lives for a second chance in this world. One hundred lives to see him again.

And then she killed herself. Freeing her King and her kingdom from the curse. Leaving behind a baby, a few instructions and a broken monarchy (in mind and heart).

So that is. That’s the story of the Archaics.
