A bit pricey but really effective. I am stunned by the results specially with the manuka honey peel. It can totally remove my blackheads and dirt on my face. #origani #manukahoneypeel #soothingandrevivingnightcream #organicproducts #skinregimen

How I was Introduced to Organi Philippines’ Salt Scrubs
I never thought of salt as anything you’d use for a purpose other than seasoning food. LOL!!! I don’t consider myself particularly knowledgeable on the matter of skincare, and I am by far an expert on the subject—in fact, I always laughed at my friends who would spend hours getting spa treatments. And then I read reviews on Organi products available in the Philippines and thought, “Maybe this is worth a look.”
A little goes a long way with this particular product. Origani’s exfoliating Salt Scrub is not at all harsh on the skin. I was worried about that since I had neither used this kind of skincare product, nor experienced getting a salt scrub, before. The salt granules are super fine and mixed with some moisturizing oils, which is probably what helped make the experience very luxurious. I have to admit: I felt a little bit like I was preparing dinner, because of the scent; the smell of the olive oil really stood out. I promise, the heaviness of the oil goes away eventually and you’ll be left with a very mild, pleasant scent.
Just keep going in a circular motion. They always tell you to focus on those rough areas of your skin, which I did. It was veeeeeeeery relaxing. I applied the scrub on one leg, first, so I could see the difference and be able to properly review the product. The results took me by surprise! The leg with the scrubbed skin was definitely smoother to the touch; and, even just looking at it, the dry, scaly look of my skin was gone.
By the end of my salt scrub session, I felt like I had actually treated myself to a day at the spa, except that I did all the work on myself, and in the comforts of my own home. My skin looked brighter and felt smoother than it had in a long time.
Would I buy it again? Probably. It took a blogger’s recommendation about Organi Philippines —and a bit of sales talk from their sales representative—but I’m glad I chose to look past the fancy packaging. I’ve honestly never been a fan of products in fancy packaging: it makes me feel like it’s all just for show. This one is an exception. The Origani Body Exfoliating Salt Scrub (I chose Botannica) really delivers. It will take some time for me to go through the entire jar of this beauty product, but when I do, I may be willing to spend extra on an at-home spa treat, again.
Would I recommend it to others? I wouldn’t write about it or review it if I wasn’t satisfied with the results. I will happily show off my silky-smooth skin, to prove it.
Check out other reviews I’ve found about their other products:

3 Reasons Origani Cosmetics Philippines Day Cream is a Winner
I love this product so much. I guess I’ve made that pretty clear by now. I’m intrigued with the honey peel and other Origani products in the Philippines (although the line is from Australia), but prices are rather steep! I got seriously intrigued when I saw this Origani Philippines Cosmetics beauty review. She did mention something that could mean total loyalty to this product: expensive-but-totally-worth-it-skincare-investment. If I could buy myself expensive make-up products, I shouldn’t even think twice about skincare.
Although the product line’s expensive, I thought I had to purchase one that my skincare routine lacks - a good day cream; so, I bought Origani (used to be Organi) Philippines Day Cream.

Moisturize, moisturize, moisturize – the number one skincare step that you should never skip. I’ve heard it all before, but I was stubborn and lazy to fuss with skincare products - until I saw signs of incredible dullness on my skin. Dullness meant that my forehead doesn’t look as bad as it does now compared to 5 years ago and the skin around my nose tends to become drier than the rest of my face. So the search for the best moisturizer began. In the last year, I have tried tons of beauty products available in the Philippines, but my skin would either break out or become too sensitive. You see, local products tend to focus on pores or whitening. One, I think the pores on my skin are not too bad - I can cover them up with a good primer like my trusty Benefit Porefessional Face Primer:

And second, I like my morena skin. I don’t intend to lighten it or anything just like how Mercedes Cabral loves hers:
Luckily, I came across the Organi (they are also known as Origani) Philippines Day Cream, and if there’s one skincare product that I would never give up, it would be this. So, after a couple of months of using the product, I’m sharing with you all my Organi Day Cream review. Here’s what makes this day cream a must-have.
1. It’s lightweight and non-greasy.
The number one reason I hated moisturizers, in the past, is because I found them heavy and sticky on my skin, which is even more irritating in this very humid Philippine weather. They either mess with the consistency of my make-up (makes it slide off my skin) or they tend to make me want to wash the product off of my face right away. I have not really found any other product that’s lightweight except for Organi Philippines Day Cream. I’m now thankful that I didn’t have to deal with any of that anymore. It is very light with a smooth and matte finish. I rarely wear make-up, but based on the few times that I did, it is also a great base I could even skip on the primer. Those earn very many points in terms of product longevity on my vanity table.
2. It helps clear blemishes.
I have predominantly dry skin, but my face breaks out when it’s the time of the month. I’ve experienced the worst when I use the wrong skincare product. Aside from the usual cystic acne, my dry skin tends to become drier than usual and appears to be red. When I touch it, it feels a little flaky and most of the time seem like I could peel off little patches of skin from certain areas. I know - UGH. That all changed since I started using this day cream on a regular basis, my breakouts have calmed down. I was reading the label and noticed that one of its ingredients is aloe vera, which has antibacterial properties to combat infection and decrease inflammation. This skincare product does not promise to fight acne, but because it does not clog the pores, like other moisturizers, it prevents dirt from seeping deep into the skin. My sun spots also started to lighten. WOW.
3. It makes my skin look young.
This Organi Philippines Day Cream has significantly improved my skin’s elasticity. Remember that I was mainly complaining about skin on my forehead? It seemed to appear suppler and have not looked this nice. I’m only in my late 20s, but fine wrinkles have already started to appear on my face, especially on my eye area. But last time I checked, my wrinkles have reduced, and I owe it all to this day cream.
The product has now lasted a good two months since I purchased it and I never had regrets with purchasing one.
