February productivity challenge // Day 10: What's your daily, weekly and monthly planning method? How detailed are you with it?
I am quite detailed with my planning, I am always looking for ways to perfect it, but I have now a quite good method. I mainly use my bullet journal for this, and I couldn't cope without it. Having everything written down on there just makes me feel so much calmer. My monthly plan is mostly a big brain dump of everything I have/want to do, plus important dates. Then the majority of my planning is weekly. I do have things divided into the days, but when I do organize what I have to do I set up more or less the whole week, so that I have in mind what goals I want to accomplish, and when I have time to do things in order to get everything done. It's mostly to do lists, where many things get moved during the week. I try to keep everything as minimal as possible, and I write down everything so I have a clear plan in mind. I do everything by hand, I tried digital planning but it does not work for me. I also want to try using more time blocking while planning my weeks, but I still need to find a good method.
