So i lost my favorite css like three months ago because of family/health reasons (or so I was told). He's been replaced twice since then. I *just* got used to my newest one and she's now... Taking a break. Don't know when she'll be back. So I get another replacement. Is it me? Am I cursed? I mean all I can do is laugh at it, I'm not mad (okay, a little mad) but everything's just coming out comedian. What can I do other than laugh (I can cry but I don't wanna)? It's just so bewildering. Someone out there has got something against me.

My cats are legit part of my grounding strategy for when I have sleep hallucinations. As part of my sleep paralysis, I “see” corpses in the bed next to me on a frequent basis, or shadow men lurking in the doorway; if there is a cat blissfully, softly snoring at the foot of the bed, I know I am safe, despite what my brain is trying to conjure.
