Thanos wakes up the children on occasion by hollering or dragging their mattress into the hall. Ebony is usually up and ready since he is a booger. Gamora is semi-okay, she isn’t so hateful when you threaten to chop her dolls head off. Usually up within seconds. Nebula way to be woken is by a little spark of electric to BRIGHTEN her day up. When going into Proxima’s room he skips it because he knows where she will be, corvus room and with that he drags a bucket of cold water and bangs on the empty bucket. Then there is cull.. you don’t wake up cull until he wants to wake up.  As for Korath, he’s fixing the mess Thanos had to do in waking them all up.
