He used to be the Elven God Trinimac but he was eaten by the Daedric Prince Boethiah and was transformed into his current state, as were all his followers (fun fact, in this universe orcs are considered elves because of this). He is a very paternalistic figure to the orcs, and while they do worship him, he sees them all as his children more than devotees.
