Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1 cup milk. 1/2 cup fresh orange juice. Zest of 1 orange. 2 tablespoons melted butter. 1/2 cup whipped egg whites. 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting. Orange slices for garnish.

Instructions: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, orange juice, orange zest, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
