dude this is classic ollie lore that i forget nobody on here really knows. my mom was like uber-crunchy to the point where she tried a ton of different fad diets to cure my family's various ills. culminating in us going paleo/primal (eat mostly meat and vegetables, almost no carbs or dairy) for most of a decade

Had a reaction to gluten. Flushed face and felt super sick. All around nauseous and cramping. Only 2 more months and I can do my food challenge for peanuts and tree nuts. Basically living on meat, fruits, veggies, eggs, and rice. At least I'm back to losing weight. 🤷‍♀️

My family has a bowl of nuts and all I do is eat all of the almonds before they can get to them and then complain that there aren't any almonds
