Day 3

Met with my therapist. We talked about how I’m insecure and anxiety can sometimes make that worse. Also, I have an all-or-nothing mindset where there’s two ends of a spectrum. She told me to figure out a third option. Also, my destiny is my own. There can be pressures from the people around me, but ultimately I decide. And my decision doesn’t even need to be concrete at this moment, but rather an appreciation of my life and how things are.

I forgot to add: just because I’m alone doesn’t mean I’m not loved. We all long for a sense of love and being loved. And the past is to stay in the past, we should just learn from them. But also, it’s okay to be sad and grief right now. I shouldn’t try and force myself to not think, it’ll make me think of it more. Breathing helps.
