I used to walk 20,000+ steps a day without hitting the gym; but a new job where I sit at a desk 8h a day has made hitting 10,000 actually quite hard to do!!
I’ve rejoined the best gym I’ve ever been to (more perks of the new job). Boot camps before work, and longer days with summer just around the corner ... time to get a streak of 10,000-step days going 💪🏼☀️
