BIOGRAPHY:

Harper grew up in a bad home in a bad neighborhood. Their mother had given birth to Harper on the bathroom floor of their home and not even an hour later was doing coke off of the bathroom sink. Needless to say that Harper was raised by their older brother who was thirteen at the time. If it wasn’t for him they didn’t know where they would be to this day probably dead on the kitchen or bathroom floor. Harper had to see a lot of horrible things when they were younger and had to endure terrible things not just at their parents hands but also at the hands of their mothers clients hands. They tried their best to fight but you couldn’t only fight so much before your body gives in. 

Harper when they were old enough to get a job that’s what Harper did and they ended up moving out because living on the streets sounded better then living with her screw up family. They only lived on the streets for about a month before they realized they could make a good amount of money escorting and with just one client they were able to afford a place. However even that life and the city they were in was becoming boring, it was still to close to home and that’s why they ended up moving to Woodbury and despite the fact that most people stayed far away from Blane. They went straight towards them not needing persuasion to work for him. 

They did it willingly so it wasn’t hard for Blane to take them into their grasp when Harper ended up overdosing one night and returning back to working for Blane and as a dancer at Les Desirs but with no memories they are starting to see their worth and fighting back.

BIOGRAPHY:

Serve and protect. That’s what they have known all their life, coming from a family of police officers who serve Woodbury. They grew up familiar with the inner workings of the force and how they handled crime year by year. Their parents did it and then their brothers followed suit—with them, the youngest, often being lugged around like an afterthought. How can they measure up to their brothers? They were always the runt of the family and they’ve felt like an outsider looking in during mealtimes. 

Now their all grown up, a new badge tacked onto a new uniform. They are not exactly good at this, a strain on the force and them, but they are determined to make themselves finally good enough. They love protecting the people of the town and feeling important but the job wasn’t always safe and easy and that’s how they ended up shot and left for dead one Saturday night but they were able to be returned and Blane got to them before anyone else could and brain washed them to believe they were their boss. 

Halsey still hasn’t gotten back on the force so they are putting more of their effort into working for Blane then all the others.
