Saltwater tank shiz
I've had a 40 gallon for a long time and it's taken a toll on me. So I'm taking to down and going bare bottom, 8 gallon rimless. I've ordered my tank, got the powerhead, have my filter and I'm making it as simple as possible. I'll do weekly water changes, and no fish. Just all of my beautiful corals. Sooooo just posting this because I can. So far I've spent a total of $45 for the tank and powerhead, and the only thing I have to buy is cycled healthy rock. I am selling my hammer coral, and plate and possibly an open brain. And all of my LR which sucks because I just spent a ton of money on it. :/ Yep. Cool story bro.
This open brain (Trachyphyllia) has really grown. The cyano on the gravel there is because I took the protein skimmer out to clean up another tank for a bit. This tank is usually very clean looking. I put the skimmer back and this stuff will go away.
