#oooooooooookay #so. i'm nearing the end of the second doc for this fic (once i figure out wtf their final segment of dialogue is like)#but i'm looking over it and i'm like. hm.#idk if i should add it to the countdown list whenever it gets done #a) it's not the best writing in the world (altho it def wouldn't be the worst in that folder lol)#and b)...#idk. there's a *big* lack of aroace fic in the 5sos fandom for. u know. the obvious reasons #and i'm not sure i want this to be one of the few fics out there that center on being aroace #bc it's like. ~very~ angst fest-esque #and it kinda focuses on the suck-y parts #okay there's no kinda about it that's the plot of the fic #if you can call it a plot lol #and i just. don't want that to be my first aroace fic ya know?#and i do have others in the works but idk if they'll happen anytime soon so this would most likely be the 1st one i'd post #possibly the only one for a long time #aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa idk #especially since like. i don't even id as aroace #i am aspec with a big emphasis on the general vagueness of that label #bc it's ~complicated~#so like. yeah.#that's the current fic dilemma #i have to decide if it'll rot on my harddrive or eventually push it out of the nest into the big wide world of ao3 #thank goodness i don't have to decide anytime soon #but since i am me i will be thinking/worrying about it even if the decision is wayyyyy off #the trash talks
