I am so very proud of these! I tried out using a more muted color palette and style and really enjoyed this :) These are my characters Onivale (left, the moon) and Selious (right, the sun). They are a personal species of mine and are the main characters in a novel I'm writing. They truly are a duality. Onivale is dark and wild like the moon, determined, raw, instinctive. Selious is bright like the sun, intelligent, devouring knowledge, ambitious. Together they work well together to achieve their goals and their fates are ever entangled with one another. They have a very tarot-card feel to them :)
Headshot Commission examples! These are my trio for my novel I’m working on. Love these assholes! Left is Selious, who’s ability is to manipulate light and heat. Far right is Onivale, his opposite, who manipulates the mysterious void-black that looks like solidified shadows. Then in the center is Xios, who’s ability is the ability of HEART! Jk, he’s just the glue that holes Sely and Oni together :D He doesn’t have any abilities, but his genuine compassion is unrivaled by any.
Stress doodle I did because of life. I took a break from my askblogs and other things just to focus on this, and also because I miss my pair, and also because I haven't done an ethereal image of them in a long time. So I wanted to try my hand at an updated one where their hair was not simply starlight, but a nebula. Took a really long time, and I'm sure I'll be pleased with it soon. :D

On the top we have Terra's Aj and my Delano. They have a cute story unto themselves, if a bit complicated and thoroughly depressing like all writers like to do. Again, Aj normally doesn't have wings like that, but he is a guardian angel. *~SYMBOLISM~* but honestly I just love drawing big ol' wings. So this is a cute moment for them, considering Delano just CRAVES physical attention and Aj is like DONOTWANT D< but gets anyway because he actually does want it who are you kidding Aj just admit it. Lots o' anatomy issues in all of these, but they are sketchadoodles.
In the middle is another scene where Delano and Aj run into Sely and Oni. It's funny, because Aj and Selious are both serious >I characters who don't trust anyone, and Delano and Oni are both actually, technically, the same person, just split off from one another. Del is part of Oni's more sexual side, literal dreams, and a part of her soul that split off. They themselves are not aware of this. Do I know why yet? Lenope! This is all uncanon and for funsies. But them running into each other has been pretty entertaining so far :B So this is their very tentative meeting where Delano is intrigued, Oni is afraid, and both Aj and Sely have their best grump face on.
Then we have a bunch of characters from an rp Terra, our friend Sol, and myself were doing awhile ago. From the top going left to right: Aj (AGAIN WITH WINGSSS that aren't actually supposed to be there artistic liberty fu fu fu) then it's the ever-so-cheery dude Delano, after that is Alyskania, at the bottom is Selious all ethereal-y with his "._." face. Solaru in the middle, the being that they basically look after and raise for awhile since Oni and Sely screwed up and that was their 'punishment', and then Oni being her nudist, ethereal self.
