Regrann from @queenslibrary - On Thursday, February 1 at 6PM, Cynthia Horner and her special guests will discuss the history of #RightOnMagazine, which was born in 1972 out of the desire to have a #teenidol-type magazine for #AfricanAmericans. "Right On!" was the exclusive publication for The #JacksonFive and #MichaelJackson, and Cynthia once served as its Editorial Director. Expect lots of great stories and an exhibit of "Right On!" magazine covers! And on Monday, February 5 at 6PM, join us for a #HipHop-influenced take on #BlackHistory with "Tubman,” a one-woman show by Lacresha Berry (@airtubman) that tells the story of #HarrietTubman with a modern spin.
