I looked at the OOR tag today and I found it super full compared to during the summer where it was almost the same thing every day. The fandom has definitely increased in size. Not that I'm complaining, I feel like OOR is a band that deserves every fan that it gets because they're truly talented. So I hope the new fans are kind and love them like I love them- to no end.
My tutee from Japan had never listened to OOR before I told him I liked them and now has become a big fan. Now while he practices his English by mimicking Taka, I practice my Japanese. We're kind of a perfect partnership. He promised to show me around Japan and take me to a basketball game or OOR concert when I go visit.
But as much as I'd like to see them while in Japan, I'd be twice as thrilled to see them here. After all, Alex moved back to SF and there's no hard feelings anymore, right? He can host them here and I can be their tour guide or whatever. Cause my Japanese is so perfect...
A girl can dream.
