I saw a comment on Reddit about how Emma falling for Hook doesn't make sense because she was grossed out by him and then suddenly stopped. I recognize that this is someone's own opinion but I just have thoughts about this person's thoughts. Everyone has their own opinions, this is just mine. 

Like it is true, although I wouldn’t say grossed out by Killian. In the beginning, there definitely is a level of like annoyance from Emma because he is this flirty, cocky guy, and she does not want to deal with him. I think especially after she leaves him on the beanstalk. I also think some of her aloofness with him comes from the fact that he did read her immediately, and that made her uncomfortable that someone could see through her.  

However, those feelings do dissipate into something else, which I think is highlighted in seasons 3a and 3b. Like 3a is very important for their relationship because it's where Emma initially begins to think of him as something more. Before that, he was a villain and worked with Cora, but now he’s helping her rescue her son, and she starts to see the more “real” Killain, not just Captain Hook. So yes, she does ”suddenly stop being grossed out by him” because she gets to know him. This then culminates in 3b, where his intentions to win Emma's heart have already been declared, but he isn’t actively pursuing her. He is there for her but stands aside for the sake of Henry. It’s obvious he has feelings and wants Emma, but like he says, he is in it for the long haul. And that allows their relationship to develop. Then you get the end of 3b and the captain swan movie. Literally, it’s two episodes of those two trusting and leaning on each other in order to get back to the present.

Anyway, I used to be on the very popular Elsa train for godmother, but the more I think about it, I'd really like it if Ashley were her godmother.

I think her and Emma have a pretty special bond, and I'd have liked to see more of their friendship. Had Emma been in a different place, emotionally, early in s1, and had been a more permanent fixture in Storybrook at the time, I think Ashley would have made her Alexandra's godmother, after everything that happened.

That's my headcanon. But I like Elsa, Ruby, and Tink as options, too. Tinkerbell as Hook's kids fairy godmother! Wild. Lol.

As for godfather, Nemo, absolutely.

Prior to s6 I probably would have said Smee, even given the (for the most part) lack of warmth in he and Killians canon dynamic. Because really, the only other realistic option at that point (friends tend to be godparents in my fam, so I don't envision David) would have been August, and HELL NO. #1, homeboy left Emma in jail. #2, with Ashley being Emma's friend, I'd want the godfather to be connected through Killian.

So Nemo it is. He and Killian seemed to share a special bond too, no matter how briefly we saw it.

I'd also accept Liam Jr (or Liam 2, whatever you want to call him). Or, had A&E not fumbled so spectacularly and instead killed him off (pitstop at the salt mines, sorry), ROBIN would have been a contender, too. But tbh I think I'd still go with Nemo.

Any of them would have been proud to be godparents to this precious lil bean.

How long do you think Killian used doubloons to pay for things in Storybrooke. Like he says he still pays with them in 4x02 which I'm guessing means he paid for his modern clothes with them too. Like he's just tossing out gold coins to the people of Storybrooke. Granny probably has got some for his room at the inn. Belle's dad probably has one too for the flower he gives Emma on their date, unless he stole or picked the flower from some random garden.

Also he must have a bunch because the jolly roger isn't in Storybrooke so he had to have been carrying all those doubloons.

Like someone (probably Emma) gave him a phone but no one introduced him to currency exchange.

Also random thought but I think it's funny to imagine that someone told him that Gold can like exchange his doubloons for money at his shop, but Killian just flat out refuses to go ask Gold for the money.

I'm sorry I love the scene where Charming and Snow meet but when they are on the horses you can see that its the stunt doubles😂

Also her saying she wants true love and children and then talking to her daughter outside, even if she doesn’t know it yet.

Oh my god David grabbing Snow’s hand in the coma would literally be so startling

Ella has literally been pregnant for 28 years 

Emma’s “You just got to punch back” quote is so good and literally stuck with me after watching this show for years

I love Emma's blue leather jacket so much like I still want my own version of it

I feel like Henry hearing Emma talk to Ashley as she drives her to the hospital was so important for him to understand why she gave him up

Did Rumple want to get caught cause I feel like while yes he can’t resist making deals he usually knows when something is up. Plus he literally tells Regina that being in the cell is exactly where he wants to be
