Addendum: Okay guys I'll keep it a hundred this is kind of a weird one. So I didn't recognize the character on the right's species at all, and I decided the best place to start would be to consult the lovely dorks of the r/starwarsunlimited subreddit. One of them managed to point me in the direction of the species name "Shaaridan," which led me down a little rabbit hole.
So the origin of these guys is a mostly-background character from episodes 1 and 3 of the Mandalorian, played by Dominic Pace who was previously best known for a couple guest appearances on NCIS. Apparently he's been a huge SW-head for his whole life and was jazzed to get a role in the show, which, like, yeah, fair. His character was nicknamed "Gekko," due to the gecko-inspired head prosthetic they used in his design, but he wasn't credited at all in the show, so that name isn't officially in the show.
The design seems to have really caught on with some people, because people keep asking him for interviews, but I can't find a lot of info about what Pace himself said about it because most of the sources (see his Wookiee entry above) are referencing his now-deleted Twitter account. He's both endorsed the character name Gekko and endorsed the fan-made species name Shaaridan (this the earliest source I can find for it), but unfortunately despite the cult fan following, his character's name and species still haven't been referenced in any official Star Wars media, so they're not on Wookieepedia outside of trivia sections.
Congratulations, Amad Mir. You've officially out-Shitto'd me. I concede.
Work referenced: Star Wars Rebels, Season 3, Episode 21/22, "Zero Hour"
