The whole song would be in Harlequin's POV. He doesn't care about how Pierrot touches him so long as he does, whether it be punches or stabs. The hand holding could be him reminiscing about when they were happy as kids. With the last two lines, I think of Harlequin wondering if Pierrot would feel just as bad about Harlequin leaving him as Harlequin would for Pierrot, and if seeing Harlequin in pain is the only way he's happy to see him.

I can feel all my bones coming back, and I'm craving motion Mama never really learned how to live by herself It's a curse and it's growing You're a pond, and I'm an ocean, oh All my emotions Feel like explosions when you are around And I've found A way to kill the sound, oh

The first two lines I'm not sure what to envision, but maybe it could be when Harlequin first met Pierrot? Pierrot was "fishing" at a lake while Harlequin was alone, perhaps without parents, and Harlequin maybe felt an instant connection/fondness. The curse and analogy of Harlequin being an ocean while Pierrot is the pond could be Harlequin feeling this intense want to have Pierrot all to himself, as if he wants to swallow him whole.

Now, the second half of this could mean two things: A. The happiness that Harlequin feels when being with Pierrot is growing and growing into something he uses to dull his own pain. Or B. That same happiness is turning into something unbearably painful as Columbina comes into the picture. It could become painful enough to have Harlequin find "a way to kill the sound," which would be getting rid of her.

Hoo boy. The connection I mentioned before would also fit here, especially with Harlequin indeed finding Pierrot at a lake. The bond they formed became too precious for Harlequin to let go off, which is why he needs Pierrot to stay at his side no matter how he views him. Whether or not Harlequin feels any remorse for what he did to Columbina is debatable, but I imagine he does to some extent. He's likely aware on some level that she was not the problem and was innocent in the big picture, but the hatred he felt for her for what he perceived to be taking away his most precious person clouded his recognition of that.

Still, as much as Harle has learned to enjoy the pain he receives from Pierrot, he wishes things would be different. He doesn't want Pierrot to be upset, and the anguish he caused him on that night likely scarred Harle. He'd take it back if he could, but only if it meant Pierrot would stay.

This gives me a kind of "I won" vison for Harlequin. He couldn't have Pierrot choose Columbina over him, so he got rid of her. Sure, the action of finally being rid of the person he hated the most was cathartic, but don't forget it was also for survival. It was not a proud moment, eating one of his own, especially one that was so weak. Columbina didn't do anything wrong, she didn't hurt anyone, hell she probably did all she could to help the others with what little she had. Harlequin understood this whether he realized it or not, which made his heart ache even more when her blood stained his claws. He "found hope in a heart attack" in the way of destroying an obstacle, while simultaneously giving hope to himself and the others for not starving.

Now, all those years later. He's got Pierrot, and nothing can take him away now.

This makes me think of Harlequin having nightmares or delusions of Columbina and/or Pierrot. The person watching him in the first section could be one (or both) of them asking if they pain that Harlequin caused was truly worth it to him. Harlequin killed an innocent monster out of envy, he destroyed the bond he had with someone who still could've learned to love him, and while he did save the group from the brink of starvation, the change he made was irrevocable. These visions could take the form of nightmares, hallucinations, delusions, what have you, but whatever form they take will be merciless on poor Harlequin.
