Another synagogue that we have not visited. I am trying but failing to recall whether I have ever been to a synagogue in my life - have to go to one in Mures to catch up. Now we are waiting for our bus to Sinaia, from where we will get to Peles Castle. At last we are going to a castle in Romania! Temporality is beautiful | I am usually not dramatic at all in everyday life; sentimentality is good up to a certain point, until it turns into hopeless romanticism. I decided to share my top-10 achievements for this year, because why not? • First and foremost, getting through this challenging academic year and passing all the exams for my Politics & International Relations course 📈 • Meeting wonderful @amreeta.das, @adhalone, @borceadiana, @emilytleve, @anhuhap (and many more) and learning about different cultures. I hope it helped me become more aware of differences and parallels between people and be less judgmental about their modes of behavior 🇯🇵🇷🇴🇬🇧🇨🇳 • Being a proud course representative for wonderful and responsive coursemates & bringing new ideas and feedback to the School Administration and Student Council (the last one is today, actually) 📝 • Volunteering, volunteering, volunteering! I have contributed to the Bristol 2015 Green Capital project on environmental awareness, learned about British maritime history as a library assistant at SS Great Britain Brunel Institute, helped with BoB lectures and open days. And I don’t plan to stop there 🌍 • Practicing piano (though less frequently during exams ) 🎹 • Finding a job and getting my first job experience! I am very happy to work as a pet of a very friendly team 👔 • Visiting Wales and Cardiff Castle Library 📚😍 • Regularly doing yoga 🌿 • Keeping in touch with my school and participating in a project by filming a video 🎬 • Not done yet - but challenging myself to go abroad and participate in an @aiesec_bristol @aiesecglobal programme in Romania.
