Those people pull upon credit and have to settle their own debts later. Green Kyanite will cut the knotted ties they have bonded to you. When you sleep you can watch them if you wish. House Lyon started off as a family of fishermen. They traded for wealth with other countries and gradually climbed the social and economic ladders to great fame and fortune. By 1213, they had replaced House Colby as a Great House of England. House Colby is now extinct, and no members exist. House Lyon was a House of Secrets, they were intriguing but mysterious.
Their house colors were red and silver, colors chosen by the king himself. House Lyon was known for their international alliances preferred to distance themselves away from their English allies. They were one of the wealthiest houses, but unlike House Norden with their attractiveness, they were very influential. This got them their reputation as silver-tongued, but as polite as possible. They were also known for snake familiars, something most would be off-put by. In 1567, the family gifted Queen Elizabeth I with a snake charm made from Indian exporters.
Lyon was known for their alliances with Slovakia, Germany, India, France, Sri Lanka, and Canada. These countries were either allies or traders to House Lyon. House Lyon had the most diverse family members from Indians to Slovaks, and even to Guatemalan, leading them to also have the most diverse usage of magic around. House Lyon was the last House to ally with the Crown and gained the favor of House Norden and House Winterbourne. They were a House of Cambridge and had pride in their family.
They aided many countries throughout wars and were known to have peace before pulling out swords. House Lyon was rebirthed through the Barrow family, even though they were thought to be extinct.
House Norden
The second closest house to the throne. Are the only house with no Vörn blood. They once settled in Caludon Castle before moving out for unknown reasons. Legend has it that they became part of the Norwegian Low House once disappearing. House Norden was however known for their conquests of several houses underneath them, in which they allied with during the downfall of the Houses to preserve bloodlines.
They weren’t known to back down from fights and were known as the greatest house to ally with. Many sought their attention but few earned it. They were the only family who allowed Dysmagi blood into their ranks, even one of their great lords was a hybrid. Many Norden’s had pyrokinesis abilities and were also known to be seers. They practiced that of breeding only with that of noble blood, marrying those of House Lyon, and other European noble families.
Being one of the Great Noble Houses of England came with the element of nature. While they weren't nature-loving people (although some were said to love plants) they owned dire wolves, the ancient wolves that survived prehistoric times, despite human beliefs. Direwolves became part of the family tradition and banner in 1345. As customary, each family member would get a dire wolf at the age of seven, and as their bond grew so did their family. People who married in would get one as a present for a dowry.
House Norden was the only family with more than 5 noble families underneath them. They proved to be good leaders, but they weren’t on the best terms with the Kingsley family. However, a member of their house married into House Kingsley and as a gift a dire wolf. House Norden was especially nice to House Lyon and House Royston. They rivaled that of House Winterbourne of London for quite some time, before finally being allies when their false accusations appeared by a member of House Kingsley. House Norden was also known as House Norden of Coventry.
5 Great Houses of England - 1200’s -1600’s * House Kingsley

The Kingsley family was known for their knights and swordsmanship, their loyalty to the throne unmatched by even that of House Norden.
House Kingsley was known for their partake in the Hundreds Year War between France and England on June 24th. They helped France win the war instead of England, showing their loyalty to the French forces due to them having connections with the Vörn as well. It is unknown how they stayed a Great House of England after the War.
House Kingsley spread out soon after the War moving some members to Wales, Scotland, and France but mainly still in Manchester. They preserved their blood mostly in the Welsh Highlands and in northern France by fraternization with Mystic French and Welsh nobles. House Kingsley was known as the Crimson House, due to their reputation of bloodshed at the very start of their reign.
