I like to imagine that a retired All Might either has a Nick Fury-esque position where he sort of coordinates missions for like four different hero agencies because he's bored, guys, Or else he half runs U.A. by this point and sometimes brings his former students in as guest instructors. (Y'know what, I bet students probably like visits from Creati a lot because she can just like, make and autograph things for them and they go nuts)

he’s tall in my headcanon! around 6′- 6′2″ -ish (with all Might slumping how he is and his knees bent, it can account for a foot and a half difference. Also the shrink when you get older fad? that might be starting). You can’t have a #1 hero without ‘heroic’ proportions! I got to hand it to Horikoshi for even thinking of using a very old greek ‘superbeing’ inspired comic-book hero proportioning system that has you draw figures at 9 heads tall instead of 8 (normal height) for All Might in the first place, one of the few art-geeky things that makes me happy.
