been watching ok ko w sis and.... I like elodie because she sees a situation she doesn’t like bc she made it bad & she goes hm hm better make it worse to see if I really made it unsalvageable

actually man I wish enid/elodie was a bigger part of ok ko it’s so. My Shit

my interpretation of elodie from the ep I watched months ago is that she never had ulterior motives for befriending enid & she never intended to betray her & cut ties but she frames it like that after the fact in reaction to enid v sincerely congratulating her and trying to be A Good Friend. she isn’t proud of what she’s done despite fulfilling her goals of Winning™️& the cognative dissonance is exacerbated by enid being so supportive while elodie feels unhappy about winning and how she won. bc elodie can’t stand to be supported while being ashamed of herself (especially supported by someone who makes her feel ashamed of herself, not bc enid is malicious but bc enid lacks that ill will elodie thinks she deserves) she flips it around so enid has no choice but to see elodie as the enemy even though this is something neither of them actually want. thats my onion. I love elodie.
