☀️Another sunrise in Cap-Haïtien. According to journalist Amélie Baron of @afpphoto and @rfi.fr, Cap-Haïtien did not see the worst of Hurricane Irma. There are no flooding reported. There are some debris in the streets however cleanup has already begun.
