The summer of endless water vapor continues π¦ but so must the miles. Iβve been looking at my metrics lately and talking with my coach at @mcmillanrunning about how to improve my endurance and one of things weβve decided is to really slow it down on the endurance days. And tonight I did that, going at a very relaxed effort for 5 miles, average heart rate 138. Thatβs probably still higher than I should be for this effort but itβs a work in progress.
