Hello hello ^^ For Ankh, may I propose the following questions:
36. Who did the Inquisitor support as Divine and why?
38. How does the Inquisitor feel about the Exalted Council?
Hey dear!!! *-* thank you so much <3
36 - Who does the Inquisitor support as Divine and why?
They have some sort of friction before Valence, like, I think that at first Leliana is very attached to Justinia's legacy and somehow she feels like Ankh would turn Inquisition into something that doesn't reflect the former Divine's plans.
However, Ankh trusts her from the get go. Among her colleagues, she's the one who is always leaning towards changes that would benefit those that the Chantry is damaging the most.
She doesn't see her will to reform the Chantry as impulsivity, but more like something that is urgent and needed for everybody. She's aware that change takes time, but she doesn't have any.
There's also the factor that she knows that among the three candidates, Leliana would be the one she could turn to in case her people (inner circle included) would be targeted after the Inquisition disbands - even during the first weeks stationed in Haven, she thinks it's a matter of time before it happens.
38 - How does the Inquisitor feel about the Exalted Council?
Annoyed, but not surprised.
She has always known that the Inquisition had a window of time before someone would get back to them with a list of crimes. That's why she has worked herself to the bone to make sure everyone could have a range of maneuver before that eventuality.
It's something that she states back at Haven, like, she knows that humans have zero historical memory and everything the Inquisition does would be twisted and everything connected to it would be inconvenienced, or worse.
When Leliana tells her she can't do anything to plead her case, proving her right before the Council, she knows their time is up. What if the Inquisition stays when Leliana is gone and can't control it anymore? It can't become a liability.
Her and her advisors have a plan on disbanding it already, before they got the word something was cooking in Halamshiral.
Also she lowkey wants to punch every single person in the room, but I think that's a common sentiment among inquisitors and their players lol
