like. obviously having a rival in the coliseum makes it so so significantly better. i'm not even asking for THAT though it would be cool - dotdd's coliseum has lore that makes it work that wotww's does not have (though that would be soooo sick if the solosseum had lore further than "the test you take to become a great sage" WHICH I DON'T EVEN BUY ANYWAY) but like. i'm just asking for one round. okay. I don’t know I’m just thinking about Trans Spamton being the eldest of the Addison siblings (having “eldest daughter” syndrome and acting like a second mother to them all), essentially raising them and doing his best to keep them fed and clothed and somewhat housed, doing hustles (even if he sucked at them) and weird jobs to keep them alive despite being in poverty, and when Spamton gets help from the mysterious stranger, he wants to become a [[big shot]] so his little siblings NEVER have to go through that again, so they never have to live like that again.
But it eventually went to his head. He didn’t have to pretend to be the oldest sister anymore, he didn’t have to wear the dress he hates so much anymore, didn’t have to parade around like a [[long-nosed doll]] to get the attention of on-lookers just to get by, he was both respected as a successful person and as a man. He didn’t have to go back to that. His face was on the big screens in the way he wanted. He was well-known for what he wanted to be well-known for.
Obviously the Addisons didn’t know this, they thought he was completely unrecognizable, his ego was too huge and he clearly didn’t have any need for them anymore, so they stopped hanging out with him. And then everything came crashing down as they said, and they never saw him again.
I totally think that Spamton would be welcomed back by his siblings if he’d just come out of hiding and talk to them, but I think he’s probably overwhelmed by the guilt, and anxiety of having to model again (though I doubt that the addisons would make him do that) and the addisons seemed to be doing fine enough without him anyway, so what’s the point?
