Offworld Jawa (Arvala-7) from The Vintage Collection, 2021. This is one of the better Jawa figures, even though—as if it were a rule—the range of articulation of the shoulders again hardly allows the Jawa to hold his gun with both hands. It is possible though but doesn’t leave much room for posing while holding the gun that way. It’s surprising though that this 3.75” figure is better at using both arms at once than its 6” counterpart (which I put back into its box and put on sale within only a couple of minutes after unboxing, after I got frustrated with its limited posability). One can argue whether the combination of soft goods and a plastic hood is ideal or not but I like it. Under the hood we find rather basic articulation for the legs, which is okay for me and actually adds to the appeal of this figure as it gives it some nostalgic vibe—finally a Jawa which looks like your Kenner figure but also poses better and has their belt over the robe. The figure comes with two guns, which suggests to army build this guy and have some visible variation. The blister also includes the infamous “Suga” (Mudhorn egg), which easily gets confused with some milk chocolate candy. If you ever were annoyed with those warning notes in each toys’ packaging, about small parts that get swallowed, etc., this time it’s more than justified and the age restriction should be extended to fourtysomething (unless you dislike chocolate) #starwars #actionfigures #jawa #offworldjawa #themandalorian #arvala7 #thevintagecollection https://www.instagram.com/p/CU4VvwUATnp/?utm_medium=tumblr
