“Excuse me, sorry, we have some very important plans to make where no boys are allowed,” Rosie grins as she takes hold of Juliana’s hand and pulls her away from Teddy, despite them being in a public place and Rosie having not called about plans beforehand, she’s glad she’s run into Juliana when she did. “It’s an emergency, Jules!!” Which, of course, it wasn’t really. Rosie tugs her to a street lamp, when she then takes both of Juliana’s hands into her own. “We can talk about what you’ll wear on Valentine’s Day for him in a minute, but Galentine’s Day comes first and is, uh, wayy more important,” Yes, this is the emergency that Rosie has conjured up — planning her annual brunch with Juliana. “I’ve already got your gift, of course, but I didn’t know where to make reservations. Are we doing the Caramel Apple Bistro this year? Did you want to switch it up and go somewhere out of town?” She asks. “Have you heard of those Underground Donut Tours in Boston? I bet that would be a blast too! As long as we don’t make the same mistake as last year…I think Dollie and I are still finding dried up cake batter in our kitchen.”
