From layout to before Printing, activity called Pre Press Process. There are various activity made by designer and processor. Obviously, offset printing process basic set-up cost is very high so avoid to reprint job, there are various parameter we must follow as, well as

I. Making the plate DPI, Color Contrast, Printing Dots etc.

Above mentioned points are very important role itself and it is run on pipeline work pass through the various channel to fix the problem

Plate making is a major part of the pre-press method as text and image transfer onto aluminium plate as we make artwork final print comes What

Fix up dot depends on the quality of the paper smoothness, and colour fixup density on the substrate, for non coated paper for envelopes dot required 150 and coated required 175 dots such as multicolour brochure it also depends the quality of the printing machine to machine want to run your job.

While placing the image to burn plate to keep in mind the resolution of the image that must be according to the parameter to see the good quality image in final print after press work. if there are several images all of them have to change in CMYK colour format to avoid colour variation in the print job.

Bleed, if all text and images are not in alignment from the border area as we required minimum 3 mm bleed extra outer side from text and images used for printing in the product, it may be caused in the final trim cut out after post press job.

To get fine quality print keep Dot 175%, make sure printing machine should be adoptable.
